I have a Bachelors in Business from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania (online). I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2000. My experiences are many in the industry: sales counselor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning, coach, general manager, head trainer, facility manager, and founder/owner.
